Personal Training

Personal Training is an excellent way to get a kick-start to your activity regimen, reach a specific goal, or build confidence in your abilities!

There are many different options with our training programs - from beginner exercise at any age, to youth athlete training, to general strength and endurance - Emily, our NETA Certified Personal Trainer, brings a lot of different experiences and education to the gym floor.


Small Group Personal Training

Looking for a workout buddy for that extra accountability and more fun?! Well, how about 5 new workout buddies?! Hooray!

Join our small group personal training program and SAVE BIG on your personal fitness journey with sessions for less than HALF the cost of one-on-one training!

Our small group personal training program focuses on YOU as a WHOLE person, keeping in mind your fitness goals, daily health and overall well-being as we work towards your goals.

The RISE N GRIND Small Group Personal Training Membership is $145 and includes 12, Small Group Training sessions per four week period, on Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings at 5:15AM.

The Daytime Small Group Personal Training & Nutrition Counseling Membership is $145 and includes 8, Small Group Training sessions, and 1 (30min) Nutrition Counseling Session per four week period, on Monday, and Wednesday mornings at 9:30am (babysitting is available for an extra cost).

ALL MEMBERSHIPS ALSO INCLUDE…

ONE InBody Scan and review session per month to keep you on track towards the healthiest, happiest version of you. :-)


Running Program

This program is for all walks (jogs or runs) of life! Whether you’re looking to complete your first ever, first in a while (who’s ready for a comeback race?!!), or fastest race, our “Run Together, Run Happy” program may be a great fit for you! With a personalized training plan, in a beautiful, spiral bound, customized journal, you’ll break down your goals into achievable chapters of your running adventure! Emily is a former cross country and track coach as well as an experienced runner having completed a dozen marathons and countless half marathons on the roads and the trails. Schedule your initial one-on-one sessions at the link below and you’re well on your way to extra-awesomeness! (Follow-up and check-in sessions can be scheduled as needed)

One-on-One Personal Training

Group training and classes can be intimidating for a variety of reasons. We are happy to have you pop in during one of our Small Group training or Group Fitness classes any time to check things out - but if those don’t feel like the best fit for you, we can work with you one-on-one until you’re ready to join a group (or forever/for the foreseeable future).

Days and times for one-on-one training sessions have limited availability.
