Personal Training

Personal Training is an excellent way to get a kick-start to your activity regimen, reach a specific goal, or build confidence in your abilities!

There are many different options with our training programs - from beginner exercise at any age, to youth athlete training, to general strength and endurance - Emily, Patrick and Brittany, our Certified Personal Trainers, bring many years of a variety of experiences and education to the gym floor.


Small Group Personal Training

Looking for a workout buddy for that extra accountability and more fun?! Well, how about 5 new workout buddies?! Hooray!

Join our small group personal training program and SAVE BIG on your personal fitness journey with sessions for less than HALF the cost of one-on-one training!

Our small group personal training program focuses on YOU as a WHOLE person, keeping in mind your fitness goals, daily health and overall well-being as we work towards your goals.

We currently have two options for our small group memberships. Your membership allows you to attend ANY of our small group sessions:

(1.) $120 for Two Days per Week (8 per four week cycle), plus one InBody Scan

or

(2.) $145 for Three Days per Week (12 per four week cycle), plus one InBody Scan

There is also an option to use Active&Fit through your insurance provider (premium membership).
