After achieving your personal goal it’s important to understand how to maintain it. No one wants to work hard to only lose or gain it back. ​Emily’s not just a good motivator, but she’s a good friend. I started running with Emily about a year and a half ago with hopes of qualifying for the Boston Marathon. Our training brought a ton of ups and downs, but I would have never guessed that I could get faster, go farther, and push harder if it weren’t for Emily. (Which, by the way, she helped me qualify and PR by 12 minutes from my first marathon!)

I have been working with Emily for several months now and she has been a tremendous help. I started using her new Eat Right for Life Personal Journal last week. I am in love with it. The journal itself is the perfect size to carry around and has plenty of room to fill in the spaces provided. Emily has covered everything in this journal with sections on your core values, bucket list, monthly and weekly goals, daily vision and more. It’s all clearly laid out and easy to follow. I’ve done a lot of online food and exercise tracking over the years, but this is different. This is a tool that helps you plan and make choices based on your goals. Emily is an amazing human being who truly cares about her clients. I met Emily just a little over a year ago and my life has changed for the better dramatically. Emily’s focus and knowledge on nutrition is incredible, she has helped me lose some extra weight, how to fuel my body for workouts and change my relationship with food completely. Emily has also helped with my fitness goals by writing a half marathon training plan that improved my time by over 5 minutes from just 6 months earlier. She also has helped me incorporate strength training into my running routine. She is always positive, motivating and encouraging.
